HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Order today, deliver tomorrow. Place your order anywhere before 11pm today and have your favourites freshly delivered by tomorrow straight to your chosen location. However, we only limit to 4 customers per time slot (total to 12 customers per day only). There's no restriction to your order quantities though, that's why we encourage you to gather your order as large as possible, so that you and your group of friends and families can enjoy Kopikisar and free shipping to your desired location. This is to ensure freshness and to avoid overlapping orders issue like we used to had in the past. Orders will only be processed after you have completed your payment. First pay, first serve basis. Just follow our instructions on the website until you receive a text message in your Whatsapp verifying that your order is well received.


WHAT IS YOUR NEW BUSINESS HOURS ?

We're able to deliver orders everyday except for Friday (Offday). You can choose from 3 different slots, starting from Morning Slot (10am-12pm), Afternoon Slot (2pm-4pm), or Evening Slot (5pm-7pm). Please let us know if you have a specific timing thru our Whatsapp chat, after you have completed your payment.


HOW TO ORDER ?

Simply go to kopikisar.com and place your order accordingly. We only accept orders from our website, and we're no longer available on all delivery platforms. Our website is your only way in. Ordering can be placed anytime of the day, but delivery will only be limited from Saturday to Thursday (Friday offday), from 10am to 7pm. If you place your order before 11pm, you can choose tomorrow's delivery. If not, you may have to opt for the day after tomorrow.


WHY IS THERE NO MORE DATE TO CHOOSE FROM ?

We only open our ordering window 5-days in advanced from today. If you see only 2 days are available from today, it means the other 3 days have been sold out or fully booked.


HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY WORKS ?

We will be using local delivery riders, depending which can give us a better rate. Delivery will be sorted out within our own system so you don't have to worry about that at all. Just enter your address and pin to your exact location, and our system will automatically calculate your delivery fee to include in your final invoice for payment. All information and arrangement will be discussed with you thru Whatsapp, after your payment have been verified.


I WANT TO PICK-UP THE ORDER BY MYSELF! HOW TO SELF PICK-UP ?

Unfortunately Self Pickup will only be available once we're ready to open for dining in. As of now, we can only offer by online delivery. Our plan is to first establish a good online service then we will be back to serving in person, inshaAllah!


IS YOUR SYSTEM SAFE TO USE ?

Yes our system is safe to be used and can be trusted since there's no payment getaway in our system. All payment should be done in your own chosen method and through your own apps, so yes, it's safe. Just don't forget to upload your payment proof at the end.


DO YOU DO COFFEE CATERING FOR EVENTS AND WEDDINGS ?

No, we can't afford that kind of service as of right now. It's a slow and delicate process which is not suitable for high volume catering. But we do accept custom orders for our homemade food. Do drop us a DM about your idea, we will be happy to help.


HOW CAN I ORDER SHIBUYA TOAST ?

As you may have noticed, we have taken out all of our menu that contains ice-cream, including Shibuya Toast, Affogato, and Affoga-Toast, in full support to Palestinians by continue to boycott zionist related products. We have looked into ways of making our own ice-cream, but that only can be served once we're ready for our Private Dining because ice-cream is not suitable for our delivery due to our Malaysian sunny weather.


I WANT TO DINE-IN AND PLAY WITH SCOTTY ?

Currently, We're focusing to establish our online service. You see, previously when we were still operating as a cafe, what we discovered was that Kopikisar cannot function properly when it comes to high volume orders and over-crowded house. It was mostly chaotic and very disastrous, not because short of manpower, but because of our concept of business. It takes months of proper planning and a good system hopefully able to avoid those nostalgic chaos. Our food and drinks are all prepared slowly with attention to detailed in every order. We will open our private dining soon (by appointment only), once our financial fund is ready for that upgrade. Pray for us! Scotty and Smiley miss you too!

All transactions shall be in Ringgit Malaysia only. Strictly no refund once payment have been verified, but feel free to discuss with us to modify your order. Kopikisar has the right to cancel any order if found suspicious on any type of scam. We're sorry firstly if our products don't meet your expectations. There's no human in mankind history that is able to satisfy everyone, especially when your taste buds can be so subjective than ours.
